Sera Koi Royal Mini Nature is the small-pellet version of sera's Koi Royal staple, formulated for the optimal development of smaller koi (roughly up to 5 inches). The mini pellet suits smaller mouths while delivering the same growth- and color-supporting nutrition, free of dyes and preservatives.
Please Note — this is a pond food. It's formulated and sized for outdoor koi and goldfish ponds, not for nano aquascapes or planted aquarium fish. We stock it for our pond and water-garden customers.
Feeding Guidelines: Feed sparingly throughout the year, but reduce or stop feeding as water cools in fall and winter — pond fish digestion slows dramatically in cold water, and feeding below about 50°F can do more harm than good. Feed only what the fish take up quickly. As your koi grow, you can step up to the Medium pellet size.
