Shipping Policy
At Cuboid Aquatics, we take shipping seriously to ensure every order arrives safely, quickly, and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
We work with trusted carriers to provide reliable delivery and accurate tracking. Every order is carefully packed using industry best practices to protect livestock and products during transit.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Livestock - We ship every day of the week as long as the weekend does not interfere with the shipping process. If your order is placed after Tuesday, we may not be able to ship the next day to ensure no packages get stuck at a carrier facility over the weekend.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- International shipping is not available.
Live Arrival Guarantee (Shipping-Related)
We guarantee live arrival on all overnight/express livestock shipments, provided:
- The package arrives on the first delivery attempt (on time)
- The customer follows all claim procedures (see Returns & Claims Policy)
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
- Be available to receive the package immediately upon delivery
- Prepare a fully cycled, appropriate environment for livestock before arrival
- Transfer livestock promptly after delivery
NOTE: For the Live Arrival Guarantee to get honored, you MUST provide a picture of any DoA upon arrival, inside the original sealed bag. Failure to provide the proper pictures upon arrival will void the guarantee.
Incorrect Address Policy
- Orders are shipped exactly to the address entered at checkout
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses will void all guarantees
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Customer is responsible for reshipping fees
- Customer is responsible for reshipping fees
Shipping Delays & External Factors
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery:
- We do not control carrier operations
- Delays due to:
- Weather
- Holidays
- Carrier disruptions
are outside our responsibility
Shipping Insurance (Optional)
Shipping insurance may be available for purchase:
- Covers delays beyond the expected delivery date
- Required for protection against late-arrival livestock losses
Order Cancellations (Shipping-Related)
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shipping date may incur a 10% restocking fee
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled
