FiltoSmart 100 suits smaller tanks and the 200 larger ones — match the model to your aquarium volume. Pair it with a separate in-tank or inline heater of your choice, since this model does not include an integrated heater.
A Note for Planted Tanks: As a canister, it returns water gently and is excellent for CO₂ tanks — pair it with a spray bar or lily pipe (and a CO₂ diffuser) for even flow and minimal CO₂ off-gassing, exactly what a high-tech scape wants.
How to Use: Plumb the intake and return, then prime it. Service the media in old tank water (never tap) and stagger media changes to protect your biofilter.
