Hikari Ick-X is a widely trusted ich treatment praised for being remarkably effective while staying gentle — it clears white-spot disease (and helps with some fungal issues) yet is notably safer for sensitive and scaleless fish than many harsher ich cures. One label caution worth heeding: don't combine it with sulfinate-based products.
