Wild Red Lava Stone is a stunning igneous stone and unique addition to any aquarium or terrarium. Made from volcanic lava shaped and formed over time, it has a distinctive porous texture, deep reddish color, and highly textured rugged surface. The porous texture provides an ideal surface for the growth of beneficial bacteria, essential for maintaining a healthy and thriving environment. Its deep red color and porous texture also create a natural and earthy feel that is perfect for a truly unique and breathtaking display.

Full of fissures and with a highly porous texture, Wild Red Lava Stone is an ideal support for mosses and epiphytic plants. It creates excellent contrast with green plants and combines beautifully with wood for a natural Ryoboku-style look. As an inert stone, it does not affect water hardness and is safe for sensitive aquarium animals and plants.

Usage

• Suitable for both aquatic and terrarium environments
• Rinse rocks and stones with water before use; use a brush to clean before introducing to the aquarium
• Avoid placing rocks directly on the glass — place substrate or WIO LandForms beneath the hardscape first
• Always secure stones, especially when stacking; use WIO ScapeBound to prevent movement during maintenance
• Position stones a few centimeters/inches away from aquarium glass walls to facilitate maintenance
• Safe for fish, shrimps, and other aquatic animals
