Was excited to receive this but deeply disappointed once i opened the bag. these sticks are all flat no curves or character, they look very unnatural having a bunch of flat sticks to create a nature scenery. Terrible product by WIO. Had they named this product flat sticks i wouldn't have been mad, the tittle deeply misrepresents what can be done with these botanicals.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this — it was genuinely helpful. You're right that the Mini Roots now tend to come straighter due to a change in WIO's packaging method, and our photos hadn't caught up to that. We've since updated our listing images to reflect what customers will actually receive.

We appreciate you holding us accountable and we're sorry for the disappointment. Please reach out to us directly with your order number and we'll take care of you.
