Tetra Pond Spring & Fall Diet is a wheat-germ-based food formulated for the cooler shoulder seasons, when pond water is between about 39–65°F. In cool water koi and goldfish metabolism slows, and a wheat-germ diet is more easily digested than a rich summer food — making this the right food to feed as the pond warms in spring and cools in fall.
Please Note — this is a pond food. It's formulated and sized for outdoor koi and goldfish ponds, not nano aquascapes. We stock it for our pond and water-garden customers.
Feeding Guidelines: Feed in spring and fall while water is in the cool range; switch to a standard food in warm summer water and stop feeding entirely once water drops below ~39°F, when fish stop digesting.
