Hydra Aquatics CO2 Tubing is a 6-foot length of tubing made specifically for pressurized CO₂ systems. Ordinary airline tubing is slightly porous and lets CO₂ seep through its walls — wasting gas and destabilizing your bubble count — whereas this CO₂-rated tubing is far less permeable, so the gas you pay for actually reaches the diffuser and your rate stays steady. Available in black (resists algae growth in lit areas) or clear (blends in and lets you see flow).
