Alocasia sp. Antoro Velvet is an as-yet unidentified or informally named Alocasia collected in Indonesia and grown in the trade under this name. Like many Indonesian Alocasia still working through formal classification, it's offered here as a genus-level find rather than a fully described species.

Note: as a freshly imported bare-root plant, this specimen typically arrives with just a few leaves — the photo shows a more mature, fuller specimen for reference.

Care tip: Treat as you would most Indonesian Alocasia — bright indirect light, a well-draining aroid mix, and consistent humidity while it establishes.

Give it a rich, well-draining mix of coco peat, perlite, and orchid bark, and allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings.
