The Oase BioPlus is a premium internal aquarium filter offering full multi-stage filtration in a discreet, corner-mounted package — high-volume foam sponges for mechanical and biological filtration plus a carbon foam for chemical polishing. Its standout feature is the EasyClean design: individual filter modules lift out for cleaning while the pump stays in place, making maintenance genuinely quick. An integrated, adjustable diffuser adds surface movement and aeration.
Good to Know: The BioPlus comes in two forms — the standard filter (which can optionally integrate an Oase HeatUp heater) and the Thermo versions with a heater built right in, which removes a separate in-tank heater entirely for a cleaner look. Sizes: 50 (to ~15 gal), 100 (to ~30 gal), and Thermo 50 / 100 / 200 (200 to ~55 gal). Carbon-foam media makes replacement far simpler than loose granular carbon.
How to Use: Mount it submerged in a back corner, prime, and run; set the diffuser flow to taste. On Thermo models, set the heater to your target temperature. Clean modules in old tank water and stagger media changes to protect your biofilter.
