This is the replacement impeller magnet for smaller Aquatop Forza hang-on-back power filters. The impeller is the spinning magnet that actually moves the water; over time it can wear, get noisy, or stop spinning. Dropping in a fresh impeller magnet restores quiet, full-flow operation — a cheap fix that brings a sluggish or rattling Forza back to life.
Replace the worn impeller per the filter's instructions; it's a common wear part, so it's worth keeping a spare on hand.
