We take great care in selecting healthy specimens and packaging them using proven methods to ensure they remain safe and stable throughout transit. Our team carefully prepares each shipment with proper insulation, oxygenation, and protection so your aquatic life arrives in the best possible condition.

This guarantee applies to the condition of your order upon arrival. If any livestock or plants arrive deceased, you are eligible to file a claim in accordance with our policy, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Once the package is delivered and opened we cannot provide further guarantee as the environment the livestock enters is no longer something we can control. The transition from shipping water to a new aquarium is a delicate process, and factors such as water chemistry, temperature differences, acclimation methods, and overall tank conditions all play a significant role in how well aquatic life adjusts. Every aquarium setup is different, and even small variations can affect the health and stability of newly introduced fish or plants.
