Interpet Pond Balance is a pond treatment for controlling blanketweed (string algae) — the stringy, hair-like algae that takes over ponds in the warmer months. Rather than acting as a harsh chemical algaecide, it works by gently shifting the pond's balance against blanketweed, helping clear existing growth and discourage its return, for a cleaner, healthier-looking pond and water garden.
Please Note — this is a pond product. Pond Balance is formulated for outdoor ponds and water gardens, not aquariums. We stock it for our pond and water-garden customers. Sizes treat different pond volumes (250 g through 9340 g).
How to Use: Dose per the label for your pond's volume, typically in a short course of treatments timed as directed through the growing season. Best started early before blanketweed gets fully established, and used alongside good pond practices (not overfeeding, controlling nutrients).
